I was hoping to get checked out in the woodshop this week if anybody is available, specifically the table and miter saws. I want to get a head start on summer projects and the heated workshop sounds much better than my driveway in a blizzard. Is anybody available this week to sign off on me?

4:30p would be great. I have access to the building, so “open hours” is not a concern. The front door will be locked when you arrive and I may be working in the woodshop. There is a new doorbell installed near the front door that is supposed to ring in the woodshop. Please try that when you arrive and we’ll see how it works. In any event, I’ll check the front door around 4:30 so I an let you in.
There is nothing specific to bring. I’ve been thinking about putting together a list of youtube videos for people to review before checkouts, but haven’t done that yet. You might want to just do searches on the youtube site for basic instructions, particularly on the table saw. In an hour we ought to be able to get over the table saw, miter saw, jointer, sanders and an brief introduction to the router table.
