Hi, new member!
I’m just getting started here and hope to get checked out on the wood shop equipment first, as it’s stuff I’ve been using for decades! So that seems like the logical first place to get checked-out. I will talk to whoever about doing checkouts for the lathes at a latter time, it sounds like covering those and other wood shop items at the same time is more than one session allows for.
I’m also really interested in getting check out with as much in the metal shop as possible. I really enjoy brass and bronze brazing with oxy gas, I’d love to learn more and be checked out.
And of course CNC!
Eventually I’d like to be checked out in all areas, but I’m not trying to overwhelm everyone. For example, the blacksmithing area is really screaming at me.
