I’d like to welcome anyone that came out this past Saturday.
Just a quick recap.
We hope to reopen when safely to do so and look forward to seeing you join our membership or our classes.
If you’re here because of interest in 3d printing technology. I would say that the printer on display was a prusa mk3s. I have to admit there is a learning curve to it and not as quick and easy as one might first hope.
Original Prusa 3D printers directly from Josef Prusa
This is the printer that was demonstrated at Winterfest.
I have heard good things about other 3d printers such as the Ender 3 v2 which is the most current of that line. I don’t have experience with it though.
You can find videos on YouTube comparing and contrasting the prusa above to the Ender 3 v2. Such as this link below.
The ender 3 v2 is available on Amazon or other online retailers, while the prusa is only available on the link above. The prusa may be subject to long wait times. Prusa also have a mini version which I’ll review when I receive mine!
