Volunteers needed for Astronomy on Tap February 21

Hi all!
We’re hosting a science talk at the maker space this Wednesday. The fb event link is here. We’re running a laser make and take, and that event is here.

It’s using our very first temporary liquor license!

Help is needed from 5pm to 10pm.

I am requesting help with:
The front desk, checking ids, running the bar, helping with tacos, chair setup, running the laser cutter, tours, appreciating science, floaters, AV setup help

Please respond to this post with when you can help, and if there’s something specfic you’d like to do!

I know @jody @brian.adams @ryglow @Lex have all expressed interest in participating
@Jerry Could you help me with the AV equipment setup?

So cool to be able to host this. I’m interested in helping run the laser or tend bar or whatever is needed. I probably can’t make it until 5:30 or 6 though.

I would love, but I’m putting on a demo at the Nordic Fire Festival for three days after that. I need the prep time.
