two things, I came in Tuesday morning about 10am and found the following.

  1. the safety stop on the table saw is engaged.
  2. I found the table saw an absolute mess. All the tools were pulled out of their storage places and piled on the top of the saw.

Please remember that VOLUNTEERS will be helping to resolve this issue. While everyone works very hard to fix things quickly, sometimes things take time. Please consider Volunteering to help keep everything working well in our makerspace!

also of note there is only one saw blade and one safety cartridge left in the cabinet.

I will come in tonight or tomorrow to assess and repair the damage.

Thank you. I didn’t know what to do with all the tools and accessories. seemed like too many for what was needed. so I moved them to a table. Maybe someone was taking stock of what we have and just left? Just not sure.

I replaced the cartridge and blade, and it’s back in business now.
