I reached out to scrap fest to see if we could run a booth, and they are at capacity. I am on the mailing list for them to contact us early next year to get us in
However, they do need volunteers!

Clean Up/Runner
10:00am - 1:00pm (3)
4:00pm - 7:00pm (3)
Clean Up: Walking around seeing if artists/vendors need anything. Making sure the area is cleaned up around the festival. Do garbages need to be emptied? Trash picked up, etc.
Runner: Assisting vendors during bathroom breaks if need be (sit-in)
Tear Down
6:30pm - 9:00pm (8)
Breaking down tables and chairs - placing them together under tent in a pile, collecting festival items and bringing them to the info booth, assisting vendors who need help breaking down, emptying trash, cleaning up street
