Portable Ramp set

Hi there, I wonder if I could use those portable ramps by the metalshop’s garage door, outside in the parking lot to change my car’s oil? Are they belong to someone or they are for the space?

Sorry for the long delay in getting back to you, I didn’t see this post. Please feel free to use them. I bought those to see if they would be helpful in bringing trailers/equipment in through the garage door.
