Here’s a link to an event I’ll be attending today that I thought others might be interested in.
Nelson Gallery has been open in downtown Lansing for about a year. This evening, they’re hosting the opening reception for their currently exhibiting artist, David Such. As I understand it, David is a painter, a metal sculpturist, and was involved in the creation of Scrapfest.
The reception is from 5:00pm - 7:00pm. I’m excited to chat with a few people who will be there and learn more about the existing artist/makersphere in Lansing.
