New laser cutter checkout

I’d love to get checked out on the new laser cutter too.

(@Evelyn @jody @JamesFriend @leif_swanson - not sure who does checkouts on the new one but you’re my best guesses)

I’d also like this and was also checked out (and am a frequent user) of the original laser.

I’m slowly preparing some files for cutting and engraving. Hopefully I can attend a checkout.

Hey Gary, Do you know what files the new laser printer accepts. I heard the software is new too.

I think svg files, but I could be wrong. I was told, and concur, that Inkscape was good software to use; and is free.
