Hey everyone!
So I got a problem. I am restoring an industrial dough sheeter (it presses dough into a pancake), and it seems the person before me did some DIY fixin’ to it, because it doesn’t match the wiring diagram I got.
It’s pretty straightforward, as far as the elements of the circuit. There’s the motor, a relay, a toggle power switch, a lever action safety switch, and the power plug. I need to figure out how to wire them together. It worked when I got it, so I know it’s at least functional, but I’m def not an electrical dude, so I figured I’d reach out.
The motor has three wires (red, white, green) so I am assuming it’s a single phase. The relay (I THINK) is four pole, but there’s no labeling on it identifying the poles. The power switch seems to be straight forward, the safety switch is a depressable lever that clicks when pressed closed (it’s has two wires) and the plug is a 120v, three prong house plug.
The help I need is basically, how does this all go together? I lost all my pictures I had from the teardown, because I procrastinated backing them up off my phone… And then the phone died, taking the memory with it. So I have to start from square one for reassembly.
Pictures of everything are attached. I tried to include serial numbers where they are present.
The relay (no. 9575H2441A, four poles visible, two coil, and two NO, neither set are labeled positive or negative)
Thanks in advance! Feel free to reach out to me via email with more questions: zypher2788@gmail.com
