Build a glue bottle, mineral oil, marking device, etc "tool bin" on the end of the flex table

Once Table pruning in the flex space gets finished, we’ll need a place for all the glue bottles and such to live. Just a narrow bin on the end of the table that they can all line up into. Talk to @brian.adams for design ideas.
