I’d like to offer an introduction / checkout session for the large metal lathe in the machine shop this Thursday at 6:30pm.
We’ll cover safety, workholding in a chuck, then go through the basic operations of turning, facing, chamfering, drilling and boring. Plan on an hour and a half to two hours.
