Good day to all, I have been asking for a membership upgrade for three weeks at the desk. The upgrade option was not presented to me online which the plan at the time. I have a pending project and materials to be dropped at Lansing Network.

Did the front desk say why they couldn’t upgrade your membership?
If it was because you had already purchased an open hours membership and couldn’t get door access, or because you used a library pass unfortunately @brian.adams is the only one who can fix that.
If they didn’t know how to do it or the system was broken I can go in and help you with that today.
I don’t know If you got a different email but if you tried to email Brian from that post, when someone types something like @Douglas it isn’t an email address, it just gives them a notification on this website.

Yes I renewed online to not stop my subscription and full hour was not an available option online. This is the situation I have been trying to resolve since Jan13, I renewed on the 12th.
I plan to be at makers tomorrow. Perhaps some of this can be addressed then. I know there is another check.in before I can have access as well. Thank you, Douglas
