Please note that MFD has extended the call for Makers until June 15th. https://detroit.makerfaire.com/call-for-makers/ In regard to the above, The Henry Ford generates A LOT of revenue, unlike Maker Media that operates the magazine and franchises the license out. Maker Media has indicated they are maintaining their Web Services, that provide the Online Magazine and Maker Faire advertisement and management, while Maker Media goes through its restructuring.
