Looking for the thing I lost

I went and lost a piece of the Bridgeport mill, and I’d like people to keep an eye out for it.

It’s part of the belt enclosure at the top, made of aluminum, shaped like the letter D. It’s about 3/4" thick and 6" in diameter. The inside is bare aluminum, and the outside will have ugly wrinkled up paint.

I last saw it a few weeks ago, when I was brushing paint stripper on it, and then put it aside. Now that I’m finally starting to paint some parts, I can’t find it.

While it’s replaceable, none of the parts for the machine are cheap. I’d prefer not to cash a bond to get out of this situation.

If you see it, please let me know.

Below is the picture from the repair manual.

I hope you or someone else finds it!
