I’m in need of a cutting board class helper for this Saturday. It’s a good opportunity to get some volunteer hours if you’re on Space Force, but it’s open to anyone willing and capable.
I need someone who is comfortable on the table saw to help the students make rip cuts and cross cuts with the sled, and with a friendly and helpful attitude. Familiarity with the router table, edge sander, jointer and planer are helpful, but not necessary. It’s a good opportunity to build some skills.
The class runs from 9:00am to 3:00pm, with a lunch break of at least 90 minutes. It’s a long day, but it’s always fun.
