Details of ISSUE or REQUEST (Please be as specific as possible):
One of the motors in the machine went bad. We have ordered a replacement, expected to arrive on Tuesday. We will install it when it arrives and get the machine running again as soon as possible.

Please remember that VOLUNTEERS will be helping to resolve this issue. While everyone works very hard to fix things quickly, sometimes things take time. Please consider volunteering to help keep everything working well at our space!

The laser cutter is back in service. The problem turned out to be bad wiring to the X-axis stepper motor. We fished some new wire through, and it works again.
