I was using the cnc today and noticed a few issues.
Tool 1 was broken. Its supposed to be a 1/4 inch end mill for foam. What ever was in was a 1/8 something that was broken. The nub of the bit is on the table. Also when i loaded tool 8 it wouldnt load. Seems the plastic braket is broken. I super glued it back togeter as it looked like itbhad been broken before.
Operational issues. When i tried to run a finishing 3d pass i select tool 6 in vcarve but running the program always loaded tool1. Anyone know what gives? I tried recalculat8ng several times.
