I was wondering if there is a makers space lightburn software edition that is similar to the vcarve software here at LMN?

It was already install when i started, it just didn’t have any sops yet.
Do members have the ability to install it at home with a key like we do with vCarve?

We encourage the learning possible in MakerSpace/HackerSpace environments and provide significantly discounted single-seat licenses of LightBurn for this purpose. Here’s how it works:
The Space buys a single, initial license key that provides three seats (not needed if the Space has a license key already).
The Space will be given a discount code that will provide single-seat license keys to Space members for 75% off of the base price of the key used for the Space: that is $24.75 for LightBurn Core or $49.75 for LightBurn Pro.
This is intended to generously provide each active member with the ability to utilize LightBurn on their personal computer systems in the Space. This way, they might do their prep work in a convenient way. It is not intended for those with their own lasers to purchase single-seat license keys or for resale.
If you’re interested, please provide us with your license key so we can set up your discount code. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have and discuss the resources LightBurn has available to help train Space members, just let us know how we can help!

I was very happy to find out becase I was just about to pay retail for a license.
Are you involved with the lasers? I can reach back out to them if you guys need. I don’t think I need an official email address and if they ask for one I can coordinate. Just need the license key which I can get when I come in today for my woodshop checkoff.
