A sled for what? What are you trying to route?
An end grain cutting board. Nothing big enough to build a sled for hopefully
I think you’d get a nice finish with the dual roller sanding machine, as long as you don’t try or need to take off too much material in a single pass.
Lou is right, but be sure you have been checked out on it before you use it. Also, the cnc machine can be used for this purpose. There may even be a bit for this purpose.
