Is there a mat cutter in the space?

I just picked up some mat board from Michaels and can’t find my mat cutter. Does anyone know of one at the space?

I’m pretty sure I saw one in the craft room on top of the shelf beside the exit door. I didn’t look to see if everything was intact, but know there is one there.
