Hello everyone! My name is Ade A and I’m looking to join LMN! I currently tinker largely from my garage and a designated home space. I do a little bit of everything, woodworking, welding, 3D Printing, electronics, and not as much sewing as I’d like : )
Hoping to get checked out on the MK3, laser cutter, the large CNC, and the table saw for a couple larger projects

Hello, Ade - welcome to LMN. I am the wood shop area manager, and I can do checkouts on most of the tools there. I am in the space most Thursday evenings from 5-8 pm or so for tool checkouts. You can drop in then without an appointment.
If Thursdays don’t fit your schedule, post a request for a woodshop checkout on the talk site along with 2-3 possible dates and times, and we will find a time slot that works.

I can get you checked out on the trotec laser cutter. I’ll be at the space 9-4 tomorrow helping with a cutting board class. We’ll break for lunch sometime around 11:30am and I can give you the checkout then. Otherwise I’ll be free April 5th and beyond. There are others able to give you this check out as well if my timeline doesn’t work for your needs.
