I can’t get the printer to be seen on any of the design lab computers. They just see it as “off.” I’ve run the windows diagnostic, rebooted computers, rebooted the printer
@adpow helped me try to force the IP of the printer to change by plugging it into a different port.
We printed some diagnostic info and have left it on the top of the printer
