How was this accomplished: exact cutting of purple insulation foam

Howdy,

This painted OnePiece sign cut from purple insulation foam was left in the conference room. I’m wondering how it was cut to such a perfect shape? CNC? Laser cutter?

Laura confirmed! She said he had to do something hinky with the settings, so I am interested in the process if you are willing to share!
