I paid for a 24 hour pass on Sunday (11/26) and was hoping to work on one of my projects last night (11/27), and then this afternoon, only to find that the card just flashed red and denied access. Is this normal? Thank you in advance!
The door scanner was not updating correctly last week when I upgraded. Not sure if the same issue might affecting your pass. @Jimmy @brian.adams
It’s looks like your badge was in our system as “ID Only” rather than “Use for Access”. I’ve changed this, and confirmed that the door has added your key to the reader.
