How does cold weather change your workshop routine?

Winter always shifts how I work, even when the project itself stays the same. I find myself allowing extra time to warm up, tidy up, and settle in before I start anything fiddly. Shorter daylight also makes me plan my steps more carefully so I am not rushing at the end of a session. I have started keeping my routine simpler in cold months, with more breaks and a slower pace overall. What changes most about your workshop routine in winter, and what helps you stay comfortable and focused?
