Im relatively new here and was hoping to get checked out to use hand tools in the woodshop, apologies if I’m doing this wrong I don’t know what the procedure
Westley, this is the correct place to request a checkout/authorization. I am in the wood shop most Thursday evenings for this purpose, usually from about 5-8 pm. You can drop in any time then, and no appointment is needed.
If that day doesn’t fit your schedule, reply with a list of tools you’re interested in, and 2-4 dates and times you are available. We’ll find a time that works for both of us, and then make some sawdust.
