The last of the Hefeweizen from earlier this summer. Someone from the Red Ledges club is a certified beer judge and gave an off the cuff rating of 36-38. (Right on the border of very good and excellent.)
I will be making more in the next week. I’m now waiting for the braggot to bottle condition. ABV 11.7%.
