Hefeweizen? probably

The third and final installment of bottling week, which wasn’t supposed to take all week, and was supposed to happen last Friday. It’s hefeweizen, but creation was plagued by technical difficulties and rescheduling due to unfortunate circumstances. The mash spent time at the low 130s because of equipment failure before rising to 152. Fermentation should have been over in a week and a half, but took four. I’ll see how it turns out after two weeks of conditioning.
