I will be coming in today at 3:30 to diagnose and hopefully repair the Lobby heat. If parts are required who should I contact for approval? Is the landlord responsible for repairs?

85%.They are 16x25x1 if you want to pick some up . It needs 2. I’m not finding any information on the radiant heater. I will call Grainger tomorrow.
