Equipment that is not available for members to use

There are quite a few tools in the space that have no checkout process established or are only for classes. Most of the front desk volunteers who give tours advertising the tools do not know which ones those are.
If the area managers could list the tools that are not available to general members or are works in progress that would help avoid confusion.
The list should probably be printed out and stored with the tour guide checklist.

This list seems to be out of date and is misleading advertising, and should be updated.

I see what needs to be updated in the jewelry area. I became a member in the summer of 2019 & the casting equipment has always been for classes. I missed that, when asked to check the list for my area.

Hey area managers, if we can each set up a meeting time I’m happy to bring a clipboard and walk through the area together to put together an updated tool/checkout list.

I’ve got time every day this week (any time tomorrow or after 6pm every weekday) is anyone happens to be available. I could also catch people before/after How to Holiday.

A list of tools that are out looking like they might be used but are not available would be helpful as well.

That’s a good idea!

It’s short notice, but I will be in tomorrow around noon. If you see me there, stop me, and we can do a walk-around and see what we can do.
