We did a cookout last year, and I’d love to do it again! I am more than willing to help set it up, too, for both members and volunteers, as a potluck-style thing.
We have no big events the first weekend in September: I propose the 7th (Sunday) in the afternoon. Are there any conflicts? We would also need a grill I think. Happy to hear all thoughts on the topic!

OKAY. Thinking I should change this to “Fall Cookout”, but I am currently setting the date as October 12, raindate October 19th. Does this work for everyone? If so I will make a new post announcing it.
