Do we have the capability to weld aluminum?

I’m not very familiar with the welding area yet, just wondering if we have spool gun, aluminum friendly MIG machine, or A/C tig machine for welding aluminum?

We have a mig that can be equipped with a spool gun, but we dont have a spool gun for it yet. It is on my list of things to order and set up in september along with more weld screen and ventilation.
