Do we have a rivnut tool?

I’m sure I’ve seen a rivet nut (a.k.a. rivnut, a.k.a. nutsert) tool in the shop before, but I can’t find it now. I need to install some M6 rivets.

I will buy a soda pop for anyone who can locate it, or who will let me borrow one, if you have one.

I’ll see if I can find mine… might take a few days. Not sure I have metric sizes; it’s a Harbor Freight version (you and Brian used the set when we were fixing the door latches I think). If I find it, I’ll have a Coke please…

I researched the Harbor Freight tools and they only come with SAE sized nuts. Do you still want me to look for it since you need to install an M6?

Thanks Lou, but no need to look. I ordered a cheap Vevor tool that should be here in a few days. It’s got SAE and metric mandrels.
