It doesn’t look like anyone has asked this recently. What is the current renewal process?. I came in during open hours in August to get my membership reactivated with credit for time from my prior annual membership. I received an email after that, but nothing when it expired this month, and I’d like to renew. Thanks!
There was a period of time where the queue workers that send out emails weren’t working and a bunch of notification email from the members portal didn’t go out.
That’s likely why you didn’t get a notification. Aside from that renewals work just like they used to.

Thanks Brian. I just used the URL from the last renewal email I received in 2019 and it looks like I’m all set now.
