Craft door isn't always latching

Details of ISSUE or REQUEST (Please be as specific as possible):
The craft area door isn’t latching all the time. Specifically if the door closes while the electronic latch is still unlocked. @RealCarlRaymond do you think you could adjust the closing weight or something like that ?

Door closer is now entirely detached.

The door closer was reattached long ago but the closer is now readjusted to latch when the door closes.

IF, since I can’t test all foreseeable situations its still not latching reopen and I’ll happily take another stab at it.
