REQUEST: cnc wood router diagnose x-axis

Affected Tool: Precision Automotion PA 1000

Details of ISSUE or REQUEST (Please be as specific as possible):
X-axis seems to have a “bump” when traveling. Possible problem with gears or other parts affecting this axis.

There is a perceived issue with the x-axis travel related to the drive belts. So far it has not created a problem with project results. I will be testing today with a project I have. Please let me know if you have specific issues with a project your working on.

Thank you for the reply. I will be running some test pieces through it soon and I will let you know what I find.
