CNC questions / first time user / freecad?

  1. Do we have the CNC SOP in pdf form somewhere? It would be helpful to review the steps at home.
  2. I have sketched my part using FreeCAD, what is the best way to export it for VCarve?
  3. FreeCAD also has a “path” workbench that I have never used, has anyone had any luck using it to generate GCode for the PA-1000?

I have drawn in Inkscape (free) and gotten it to import into VCarve to generate the gcode. If you want to experiment with different exports in FreeCAD you can use the Makerspace edition of VCarve off site. Here’s a link to another thread here with the information
