I broke the 1/2 end mill. tool position #9 today. I’m not sure how since I ran the program once with success and then ran it again on another part and it just drove right in and snapped. I replaced the bit with the one in the cabinet and zeroed the tool using the instructions.
I even ran the program again without a tool in the machine to see if I could see the problem but it looked like it ran just fine. Very sorry.
