Sewing machine. I have an old blanket that I’d like to sew a binding on (top and bottom edges). Would someone be willing to show me around? And maybe give some advice?

Soldering electronics. I have a mechanical keyboard that the usb connector got ripped out of and I’d like to solder on a new one. Could someone show me around the soldering area? I have basic experience with soldering electronics, but could use some advice.
My schedule (I’m using the pass from the library, so hopefully within the next 25 or so days
