ISSUE or REQUEST: Fix/replace small wood clamp

Details of ISSUE or REQUEST (Please be as specific as possible):
When using one of the small wood clamps today, the head came completely unattached, and I was unable to re-secure it. I’m not sure if I was doing something wrong, or if something needs to be done to secure the head piece.

I’ve left the clamp out on the table; the circled bit is what is loose:

There’s plenty of other clamps so this issue isn’t urgent, but I figured I’d report it.

Thanks for letting me know. If you can, please use some tape to fasten the head to the bar - parallel with the bar, I mean, not taping it back into the original position. This will let others know it’s unusable, and so I’ll know which one is out of order.

I already left, so if anyone else sees that clamp out and could mark it with tape, that would be appreciated.
