The keypad by the northeast door wasnt working well this morning. It beeped several times when i waved my badge at it, but didnt unlock. After a couple of tries, it beeped continuously, then trailed off. After a few more tries, it did unlock the door.
If you experience this, be persistent.
I tried it again just now. No response at all. It is kaput.
I can confirm it’s broken. Brian’s going to order a new one. We’ll get this fixed ASAP.
In a related note, we now have a doorbell, which might be helpful.
A new keypad is on the way, due to arrive tomorrow (Tuesday).
I am here now and although the keypad isnt working. The door is unlocked. It will not lock. It shuts and engages but just turn the handel to get in. Someone can call me at 5177550601 if the know what to do?
Brian got the keypad replaced with a new one, and it seems to be working again.
