Details of ISSUE or REQUEST (Please be as specific as possible):
The on button on the jointer seems to be experiencing some problems. I went to turn it on today, and initially had success, but when I turned it off and tried to turn it on again, it just wouldn’t start. I’m told this is a known problem, but wanted to make sure to log it.

Please remember that VOLUNTEERS will be helping to resolve this issue. While everyone works very hard to fix things quickly, sometimes things take time. Please consider volunteering to help keep everything working well at our space!

We have noticed this. What usually works is to press the OFF button, then the ON button. Why that works, I can’t say, but it does. Hold in the ON button for a moment to make sure it latches.

I’ll give this a try tomorrow. I fiddled but couldn’t make it work yesterday.
